ShimBi Labs started Japanese Language Training (JLT) program for its employees. (1319 views)
ShimBi Labs started its formal Japanese language training for all employees by professional native Japanese teacher. This first batch is already started since 15th December 2008.
This step is considered as one of ShimBi Labs initiative to be closer to its Japanese clients. ShimBi Labs have 80% its costumer share from Japan.
Along with above initiative, ShimBi Labs has already Native Japanese employees, and well-trained Indian translators to support its operation for Japanese clients.
